Description:
Brian O'Doherty, winner of the 2012 Clark Prize, will present "Hopper's Windows," a discussion about artist Edward Hopper. O'Doherty will take questions from the audience before introducing Hopper's Silence, a documentary film he created in 1981. Hopper - a man of notoriously few words whom O'Doherty called "mysterious even to himself" - was a longtime friend of O'Doherty until his passing in 1967.
