Description:
Old Sturbridge Village celebrates Independence Day each year, with a spectacular fireworks display over the Village Countryside in addition to OSV's regular daytime activities. Visitors can sign a giant Declaration of Independence and play 1830s-style "Base-ball." The evening celebration includes music, magic, family games and activities followed by a 30-minute fireworks display at dusk. Beer, wine, soft drinks, sandwiches and snacks, are offered for sale, or visitors can bring their own picnic food.
