Join us for Bike Farm Table Weekends this summer! The idea behind Bike Farm Table Weekends is pretty simple -- combine the farm-to-table movement with the fun of exploring by bicycle. We'll enjoy beautiful and peaceful rides to local farms. We'll meet the farmers and harvest food at the peak of its season. We'll hand off those ingredients to a distinguished chef, and a couple hours later we'll savor a three-course gourmet meal prepared with the ingredients we harvested. You can't get more fresh than that. Bike Farm Table Weekends are based in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. The Pioneer Valley boasts both an abundance of local farms and bucolic places to ride a bike. While only three hours from New York and two hours from Boston, the Pioneer Valley feels a world away.
