Description:
This Halloween week (2012) join us for the Spirits of Charlestown Ghost Walk. A 90-minute fun and spirit filled tour of Charlestown's historical sites through gas lighted streets. Charlestown was settled in the early 1600's and is one of the most famous and spooky towns in the United States. Hear the history of City Square Park and which spirits are still hanging out at The Three Cranes Tavern. We'll walk part of the Freedom Trail and you'll hear the ghosty version of the days of Paul Revere and his Tea Party buddies. Find out who's haunting where! The tour lasts 90 minutes. $20/adults. $12/children over 10- 18. No refunds. We will be walking up a hill that has a gradual incline. There is 15 - 20 minutes of walking from site to site. Dress warmly. Liability waiver must be signed before taking the Spirit of Charlestown Tour. Meet at the stone seating area in City Square Park in Charlestown in front of the park near the fountain. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the tour starts.
