Old Sturbridge Village is a "must-see" destination to experience early New England life from 1790-1840 and is one of the country's largest living history museums. Come ride our stagecoach, meet our farm animals, talk with costumed historians, and watch the blacksmith, cooper, potter, and farmers at work. Experience life in the 1830s -- visit our 40 antique homes, buildings and water-powered mills. We offer hands-on crafts year-round, free parking and a free second-day visit with 10 days. Enjoy dining at the Oliver Wight Tavern and shopping in the museum gift shop and bookstore. Open year-round, but hours vary seasonally.
