Central Mass bills itself as the "Heart of New England" If it's shopping you're looking for there are some great choices.  The Shoppes at Blackstone Valley is the largest open-air shopping center in Central Massachusetts.  Brimfield Antiques & Collectible Show is the largest outdoor antique show in New England and happens for one week every May, July and September.  Vaillancourt Folk Art is one of America's last remaining Christmas collectible makers.  And Greater Gardner Furniture Outlets is the furniture capital of New England.
